Welcome to the Hot Rods and Custom Cars community, where we welcome men and women with open arms! We aren’t your typical run-of-the-mill masculine car platform designed for just the lads in the world; we are geared towards shedding light on the ladies in automotive and how important they are to the industry today. There are just as many fierce women out there, pulling up to work in their hot rods, as there are men. We believe that our site should be an all-inclusive car experience, and that includes the women of the world behind custom car steering wheels.
My Story
I am a retired automotive engineer, salesmen, and mechanic, ensuring I know the ins and outs of every hot rod out on the road. It has been my lifelong passion, and I am incredibly excited to be opening a website strictly dedicated to the appreciation of this art form.
I had a different experience when it came to automotive repairs and maintenance. Actually, the employees in my shop worked on cars that were more often owned by women – 68% of my clientele was women, rolling up in their custom hot rods, cars, and other kinds of automotive masterpieces, in need of a tune-up. It’s not something you would automatically assume, with the industry being so heavily male-dominated for so long.
Seeing that shift, I knew I wanted to be part of the changing perception, which is what inspired me to officially open Hot Rods and Custom Cars.
Our Site
We invite you to peruse our new site, check out pictures of engines and touch-ups, videos of hot rods in action, and even a special portal specifically for ladies with their cars. We wanted to create a place for people who love cars to show off what they own, while taking in the love and appreciation from everyone else in our community.
To us, it’s not about the money. It’s about the experience. Together, we want to grow our community, get to know you, and add more to our platform. With this information, you can make informed decisions in the future and know exactly what you want, when you want it. This is an all-inclusive experience for the bad ass men and women of the world, and we can’t wait to grow with you.
